I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this allergist’s office. I scheduled an appointment because I wanted answers about my ongoing allergy symptoms and to determine whether I would benefit from allergy shots or turbinate reduction surgery. After my appointment, I was sent to a completely different office to have blood drawn for allergy testing. When I arrived, the staff there questioned why I had been sent elsewhere because the allergist’s office has its own phlebotomist who could have performed the blood draw. ... read more
