My husband and I did a Will and other legal matters. Attorney Prather took his time, provided lots of details for us to think through and decide. He walked us through every step. I recommend him and his staff were all very courteous.
Very poor communication and rude para-legal staff. Never use this attorney for your real estate closings
Alot of business corporation's deal with them. So I have no problem with trying them out.
Apparently we were given bad advice regarding a very difficult Estate and Will Settlement. My brother Mike Deas picked Mr. Prather as an impartial attorney to handle the matter but other attorneys are saying we received bad advice.
