Great customer service! Very friendly and efficient. Jason came to fix my refrigerator in a sort time after I contacted him even though I was a hour and half away. Very professional! I highly recommend this business!

NEVER pay until the job is done. When the home warranty rep said they wouldn't pay Prater until a few weeks after the job was done he looked upset, so I broke the number one rule for anyone having work done, I paid him up front and told the insurance company to reimburse me. I learned my lesson. Prater said a part my oven needed would be in in 10 days. 10 days came and went, then 3 weeks and he still never called me back. Had an appointment window 7AM to 11AM, never showed up. Called at noon, I was told he will call the technician and call me right back. Never received a call back. I called three times and no answer. Left messages but never heard back.

Never came when he said he would. Finally came out, said it was the circuit board and that they were gonna order parts. Over a month and nothing. Called for 3 weeks said “they’ll be here at the end of the week” lied. Then when the company called LIED and said nothing was wrong with the dishwasher that’s why he didn’t order parts. Straight up LIED.
