We paid a $80 service charge. Jason looked at it and said to unplug for 12 hours. We did. After 12 hours, it was still doing exactly the same as it was before he got here. Will not answer or return our calls. After speaking to different people, we have heard this is common of Jason. Would not recommend!!
The appliance will be fixed and working as good as new very professional repair technician very professional and reasonable rates
Great customer service! Very friendly and efficient. Jason came to fix my refrigerator in a sort time after I contacted him even though I was a hour and half away. Very professional! I highly recommend this business!
Had an appointment window 7AM to 11AM, never showed up. Called at noon, I was told he will call the technician and call me right back. Never received a call back. I called three times and no answer. Left messages but never heard back.
Thank you Jason for coming on a Saturday to fix my refrigerator. You should call Jason if you have a problem. He did a great job of solving my problem.
