Extremely professional law firm. I never had an issue being able to speak with Mr. Krayer who always would take the time to fully explain what was going on with my case to me. Ryan and Boni were very knowledgeable and always communicated in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
They respond to every call and reach out wether it’s email or via phone , they keep you updated every step of the way about the status of your case and they are on top of your case as much as you are . I highly recommend this firm for your case
This law firm is the worst. When calling, the receptionist did an intake and said they’d call back to review and set up a consultation. After 3 weeks of silence, I called back and the person I spoke with said she forgot. Cases have time limits and need to be addressed. I highly recommend going with a different firm. I called a different one and they called me back same day with next steps regarding an auto accident involving several injured parties.
This was my second time using Mr. Krayer and once again I was not disappointed ! He and his team are always very helpful and answer all of my questions in a timely manner! I was happy with the results of my case and how it didn’t take forever to settle! Thank you again and I know if I ever need services again in the future, I will be coming back to Nick!
