Scheduling an appointment was fairly easy. The staff worked with me on time and date that I was available. Check-in was done online through My Chart The doctor was very professional and friendly. He adequately explained the condition the ER doctor was concerned about. Based on our discussion, no action was needed at this time.
I've been a patient of Dr. Shah's for a few years now. He has a wonderful beside manner and takes the time to listen. The staff is nice, professional, courteous, and accommodating. From reception to check out, everyone is consistently pleasant. Maria and Carina go above and beyond by listening to my endlees banter about nothing. I appreciate and highly recommend Dr. Shah and team.
