Very disappointing visit. The proper G-Tube wasn’t ordered. As such this visit was a complete waste of my time. Dr. Shah nor his staff took responsibility for the mixup. The procedure has been rescheduled for a month from now. I’d be happy to write another review once the procedure is over using the right medical equipment.
After hearing from friends and family how difficult the after procedure recovery was, i was pleasantly surprised my colonoscopy with Dr. Shah and his team of amazing nurses and anesthesiologist i had no issues and was back to myself in hours post procedure. Very easy and comfortable, didn’t feel a thing after.
First thing I noticed when entering the office was how upbeat everyone was. They all seemed genuinely happy working to make the patient at ease. I wish I had their names to put in this review. The ladies that helped with reporting to the doctor my reason for being there, to explaining in detail what I need to do to prepare for my upcoming procedure was exemplary Dr. Shah was totally awesome. Dr. Shah and staff are amazing. I’ve already recommended a friend to Dr. Shah. He is really kind and took his time with me. I wouldn’t see any other GI doctor. Thanks for taking care of me, Dr. Shah!
