Dr. Ponda was extremely kind and informative. I didn't feel rushed during my appointment and he took the time to explain things in a way that was very easy to understand. He answered my questions very professionally and compassionately. He also gave me tips for managing eczema that I had never heard from any of the many dermatologists I've seen, and they really seem to be helping.
