The very worst front office team of any medical facility- never answer the phone- screw up details - never return calls as promised- docs fine team needs to be fired in it’s entirety! Had to move rx s to Amazon because every pharmacy in the area hates them-
Dr. Moleyar listens and gives clear and concise instructions. She went over my medications list three times verifying errors that occurred from hospital and making changes. Because I was taking incorrect meds, I wasn’t feeling well. She took extra time to do this, but I heard her tell her assistant to please ask the next patient to wait as this was important. Dr Moleyar is just okay. She has her limitations. There are things she doesn’t know about and there are things she doesn’t do. For example, she would not give my husband a prostate exam. She wanted to refer him to urology. It was just a simple check we wanted. There are certain medicines and diagnosis that she doesn’t have experience with. The good thing is that she will tell you. Dr. Praseeda Moleyar Narayana I recently had an appointment with Doctor Moleyar. The appointment was for my annual physical. I was very impressed with the amount of background information she had on my medical and physical health. She covered every aspect of my physical health.
