Such a warm, welcoming & relaxing space. Lindsey the owner and all of the other therapists are all so wonderful and amazingly talented at their craft. Walk in all tight and knotted up and leave feeling relaxed and human again!
Josephine took the time to ask me about my aches and pains. Then discussed what she felt I needed which was spot on. She even found tension I didn't realize I was carrying. Josephine is amazing.
Words cannot describe what a quality person Lindsey is! She has perfected her craft and is without peer. Most importantly, Lindsey exudes the fact that she cares about you as a person. Not only does one leave a session with Lindsey at Prasada with a rejuvenated body, but also a renewed mind and heart!

Josephine did such an incredible job. From speaking with her, you can tell from the beginning that she is knowledgeable about her profession and wants to understand how best to accommodate you. She works to see which places on your body need more attention, communicates effectively, and provides a calming and relaxing presence. I woke up today and my neck and shoulders feel so much relief. I would highly recommend her and this establishment!
