I first met Dr. Isaac while in the hospital. Altho she was behind schedule for my office visit, I never felt rushed. She spent much time with me reviewing my medical history & examination since my hospital release. She explained reasons for changes in my medications & treatment plan, encouraged me to express concerns & questions, which she addressed to my satisfaction & requested I schedule a follow-up appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Isaac.
I love doctor isaac. She is so concerning of your issues and how it is affecting you. She is trying her best to help you in every way she can. I appreciate her to the up most.
Dr Isaac is very personable but also very informative about the disease. She understands my limited physical abilities but encourages me to keep pushing on.
I’m not a fan of NANI practice in FW. I went to a doctor that retired that I liked very much. I was switched to a different doctor whom I did not care for and I was not allowed to try anyone else in the practice and there are no other nephrology practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. No choice!!! And of ironically, in a culture, that screams choice!!
My experience with Dr. Issac has always positive - intelligent, straightforward, caring, in touch with my specific (and ever changing) condition. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star is the difficulty getting through your Corporate-designed scheduling ( including the unbearable music while on hold) system.
