I’ve called for almost a week straight to try and get appointments set up for my kids calling sometimes 2 times daily and have not gotten a single call back. Came to the reviews to see if this is normal (which I guess it is) and was shocked about how many malpractice reviews there are. Guess it was a good thing we never got a call back!
One star is too generous, if I could give 0 I would. EVERY negative review you read is true!!! I did not feel my concerns mattered, and I felt rushed through my appointment. I left in so much pain, I told him time and time again I felt the drilling but somehow that was my fault?? Beyond rude and will make you feel like you are a waste of his time. It’s beyond me how he still has a license at this point. Find someone who takes your concerns seriously and doesn’t just see you as a paycheck.
I was very happy with my visit! All the girls are super sweet and Dr Parmar was funny and was quick to get my work done. He was able to see me same day for my treatment which was great not having to come back. I will be bringing my kids and husband here, recommend!
I DON’T RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!! I had a couple of cavities done here and the cavities very rough and rushed. I was in pain afterwards too. Along with getting a couple fillings done, I was there to check on my wisdom teeth. Dr Parmar was very rude and told me “You should have had these out a long time ago”. In reality I didn’t know…I had just started feeling wisdom teeth pain. There great staff, very nice helpful, we've been going there about 3.5 years & never had any issues.
