Used to be such a nice clinic until Dr. Prasad passes away. You need to make the Dr. Singh happy before she kicks you out! She is the one who needs to be served by patients. If you need to find someone patient centred services, find someone else. Be aware!
I considered Dr. Prasad a good man, and a good doctor, and it was very sad to learn of his passing early this year. I knew him to be always considerate, professional, and hard working. It felt natural to expect that the doctors who were taking over his patients would be good too, but this is sadly far from the case. I have ongoing medical trauma due to the absolutely despicable treatment by Dr Prasad. Practice manager and owner did nothing and seem happy to be complacent with bad behaviour. I had a serious health issue and I was treated with zero care or followup.
