I have to say that this office is one of the most efficient and professional doctors offices that I have ever been to in years. From the moment I walked in and didn't even have a chance to sit down Carrie greeted me with a smile and had my information in the computer already. All of the nurses and doctors there were so friendly and very calming. They also insured that you were comfortable from start to finish including always asking if you had any questions. I would recommend Dr. Vankineni to anyone who needs his services.
This doctor is great.
Right now I’m more irritated with Dr Vankineni’s staff. I am suppose to get a prescription filled for an upcoming procedure and they haven’t sent the prescription to my pharmacy to be filled. This will be the 2nd time I have had to reschedule due to staff not following through to fill prescription and advice nurse not returning my calls.
Used to be a great doctor, but not anymore. Both my mom and I saw him a few years ago. All was good then, he listened and cared. But these past few months my mom has been very sick with nausea and vomiting. He prescribed her a med that only made things worse. She stayed in the hospital for a week and came home still sick. She went for a follow up and he was rather rude, wouldn't listen to her issues. I even told him how sick she has been, he glared at me half the visit. We left with no answers.
