After seeing these reviews, I was hesitant to have my mom see Dr. Chappidi. However, Justina the front desk receptionist made us feel at ease. She was really warm and friendly! Followed by the Doc getting us from the waiting room and taking us into one of the offices. He went over the issues and he took the time to get to know us. I visited this neurology office after experiencing jerking movements and body symptoms related to a medication issue. I sought care because I was concerned about my health and had already been seen in the ER, where I was given information that led me to this specialist. My primary care doctor’s office was in the process of sending the referral, and I understood it could still be backdated within the allowed timeframe. Very rude and pretentious. Doesn’t listen and more attentive to his students than his patient. After almost a month since MRI results were in, I had to pull them up through MyChart on my phone for him to read and he couldn’t have read the whole thing because he handed me back my phone in seconds. I had a 9:15 appointment but didn’t get taken back to a room until 10:00 and was out in my car by 10:17. Real in-depth exam don’t you think?
Terrific neurologist, great medical student, and a pleasant, and helpful receptionist. Great appointment. But, be prepared to wait.
