Mark and Rod were a real pleasure to work with. The product is exactly what I needed and the install process was super smooth.
I needed a new security system as mine was getting dated. I called Praos and they sent their rep over to meet me the next day. We talked through what I wanted and they were able to accommodate most of my requests, which others couldn't. They set up the install date and did a professional job, and I have been happy with the system and their follow up service. So far, so good!
