NOT KID FRIENDLY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE – I have eaten at Pranzo Italian Grill in Santa Fe before and I was really not happy with my food including seafood pasta and chicken. Great finale to our stay in Santa Fe – Our last night in Santa Fe was capped by our dinner at Pranzo. The food was lovely, the service excellent and we loved the music: piano and sometimes singing of Broadway and Gershwin songs. On Sunday, the wine was 1/2 off. The view was nice too, also easy parking.
Nice atmosphere, so-so food and terrible service – Went with a small party tonight. We had a waiter that was rude and sarcastic all night. Some of the worst service I have ever encountered in a restaurant. The food was so-so. Appetizers were the best thing in the meal. We had to send a dish back because it was way oversalted (the risotto). Wine list is decent. I'm sure there are better places for Italian in Santa Fe.
nice ambiance – We went on a saturday night .It wasnot crowded. The food took a long time ,they told there was a mixup in the kitchen. I loved the parmesan chicken but the pizza was not the best.
