This place is very disorganized, and some of the staff are very rude, they don't know what they are doing or they are lazy. They don't know what they add on the system, the doctors visit are all over the place, when I need refills they keep saying I don't see doctors for a long time when I see the doctor every three months. I called to the office and the person that took my call is very unrespect she hang out my called with attitude. I Don't want to go to this office never in my life. I called the office and they told me, appointment is available only for existing patients they are NOT taking new patients so sad I recommend Dr. Mercedes to my parents. Can someone tell me when you are taking new patients?
Good doctor on point with everything highly recommend.
This clinic is extremely disorganized with staff sitting around gossiping and playing on their smartphones. One of the staff members couldn't even remember the location of an important form. Also, there's no patient portal which shows things like blood test results, appointments, etc.
