I am giving the staff a one star the Dr. Is amazing.
Trash. Trash. Trash. Prepare to wait over an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Half the time they don't even bother to answer the phone. The staff will lie to you repeatedly. Garbage experience every single time.
Dr Barve sun city office moved to moved to 29826 haun rd suite 200. Dr. Barve has been wonderful while treating me over the past few years. He does a great job and has made my quality of life so much better. His staff is usually very professional minus the new man he has at the Menifee office working the front desk. This man is extremely rude and speaks to people with a passive aggressive attitude. This shouldn't reflect on the Dr. though. Dr is helpful, but office staff is horrible. Sent us to the wrong address at the hemet location, wouldn’t pick up the phone when called repeatedly. Finally got through to be out on hold again and again. Finally had to wander around a shopping center in hemet until I found the correct location by chance. Was late for appointment with a new teenage patient due to inattentive office staff.
