This new provider told me he didn’t receive any training and couldn’t tell me one way or the other whether 2 specific supplements were ok or beneficial to take. When It was determined I was due for a mammogram and asked for a referral he told me to see the OB dr. Which would have resulted in my paying in addl to the $30 copay for my visit with him an addl $50 copay when I said you as my primary care physician can’t put in a mammogram referral then he did. I highly recommend Dr. Kokilakumar! He’s very personable and professional. At every appointment, he goes above and beyond to understand my concerns while educating me on potential solutions. At our last appointment, it took the time to use a white board and give me visuals of his explanations. I know he’s a busy man but he sat with me for almost an hour to help educate me - I truly appreciated it and his time. He’s very genuine and knowledgeable. I learn something new after every conversation!

Dr. Kokilakumar is a great primary care doctor. He is knowledgeable and professional, but he also has a warm, kind demeanor and demonstrates such empathy in patient interactions. I have been seeing him for years and have a deep sense of trust that if I have an issue, Dr. Kumar is going to figure out a solution that day or set me on the right next step. He listens to your needs and concerns and considers them as he makes recommendations. He’s the best!
