The variety of classes is great. The Yoga Tone and Core and Hot Mat Pilates have really helped with my hips and balance. The Restorative classes are also great. Sometimes you need to just let the body and mind rest. I love the crystal bowls.

A very nice yoga experience with a great balance of spirituality and practice for everyone. It's a place where we do chant ommmm and do Pilates and core work if that's your jam too. I have looked all over and this is where I landed and am content looking no further.
Amazing studio with great teachers and students! I had shoulder pain that significantly reduced from doing classes her and I love this place so much!
