Best place to find healing for you body and mind
This is a lovely studio. I’m very lucky that it’s within walking distance of where I live. The teachers are so personable and kind and they guide you through and educate you on the poses while keeping a judgement free atmosphere. In addition to the great instructors it is a decent sized studio with 3 rooms which all have great ambiance. The salt room is wonderful for unwinding. The green room has skylights and is perfect for energizing yoga. And the purple room is very spacious and offers natural light- suitable for either. ... read more

I love everything, I learned so much, thank you so much, The most important thing in my head after leaving the class that I will not forget and I must must practice is meditation “meditation” you mentioned and repeating and emphasizes and encouraged us during class and the end of class, I got that in my head and come home and meditate before bed and I used the brush before oil and shower, love the beautiful Ayurveda food, they are amazing. Thank you, I am very much delightful.
