What an amazing studio and experience. Even as someone new to yoga, I felt welcomed and inspired from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is beautiful, and Schuyler's guidance made the class truly exceptional. Such a gift to have this studio in Destin — a perfect blend of challenge, joy, and self-care. Highly recommend!

Small, open, and intimate space to practice. Scott was good,always checking on you and offering to assist. His class was fun and challenging as well. Good vibe. Because the space is open, there is no separation between classroom and common area. Some people would chat loudly as you prepare for the class the begin. If you can ignore the noise, good for ya. We are so lucky to have such amazing yoga studios in Destin. I choose Prana Mudra for the community of advanced yogis that motivate and inspire me in ways I have never experienced before. Scott is an incredible teacher and mentor and makes an effort to ensure all students can excel in each class, no matter their skill level. PS: the sound baths are multidimensional and not to be missed!!

A beautiful space in the heart of Destin to relax into a mesmerizing sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls and other beautiful sound vibrations. Scott is amazing! If you’re visiting and want to get a little sweaty and move your body, this is where you want to go for a hot power flow, warm/hot vinyasa, dynamic stretch, warm beginners or Hot 26. If you’re local and looking for a supportive yoga community with a diverse lineup of instructors, you definitely want to check out Prana Mudra.

We drove nearly 1,000 miles to do this and it was worth every single one of them! This experience has changed my life forever. My personal experience was sacred to me to say the least, the group experience was just as transformative and I believe each person took something powerful away with them. I am forever grateful to have had this experience and will definitely be revisiting.
