I took four classes at Prana while vacationing in Destin with my family. Schuyler leads classes that feel more like thoughtful workshops. She focuses on proper form and alignment while still delivering an enjoyable flow. I enjoyed the smaller class size. I felt very welcome there as a visitor. Had the pleasure of visiting PRANA Yoga Destin and taking Schuyler's class on a Sunday morning while visiting for the weekend. She welcomed me into the studio and made me feel right at home. Her energy is kind and peaceful. So very grateful that I had the opportunity to practice here. If you are visiting Destin, you simply MUST visit PRANA!

If you’re looking for a fabulous instructor and friendly, welcoming yogis to practice with then Prana Yoga Destin is a must! I honestly had to tell Schuyler that I haven’t had so fun in a yoga class in quite a while. Many studios have cookie cutter sequences, but not here. Can’t wait to practice here again.

We booked a yoga class for a bachelorette trip with Schuyler. It was wonderful! She was good at communicating, very friendly, and a breath of fresh air! We were able to do yoga on the beach in a circle. Highly Recommend!
