Great studio . Very nice and clean .
I love all the classes here! Especially Sara Grossman's Friday night 90 min. Hot Vinyasa flow class. I like how she tastefully sprinkles in reminders of why we're practicing yoga-- to connect to the divinity within and around us. The comments were insightful and her energy was playful and inviting . There were yogis of all different levels in the class. Sara's kindness, joy and levity motivated me to try out postures I normally shy away from. Oh, and her playlists are amazing.
