Took the hot Pilates class with Brian and can’t recommend it enough- he’s encouraging, welcoming, and made sure everyone was ready. He led with knowledge and also made jokes along the way! Come here if you’re tired of the large yoga joint classes and want something a little different
I am truly so grateful for this studio! So clean and welcoming. I haven’t done bikram in a few years and I was pleasantly surprised with how intense and perfect the 26/2 60 minute class was; as I’m used to 90 min. I can’t forget to mention all of the teachers are very experienced and know how to give a good challenge. I highly, highly recommend this studio!
I love Prana Hot Yoga + Bodyworks! Prana is a friendly and inviting family-owned Yoga and Wellness studio with great energy, offerings, and community. Prana Yoga features distinguished, top tier Yoga teachers (I loveee Molly but all the teachers are amazing) and they offer a variety of styles of Yoga and fitness classes and workshops. Stephanie’s massage therapy services are life-changing. Everyone here remarkable - don’t miss out on this local studio gem!
Great studio with excellent teachers. If you want a real yoga experience and not the yoga joint corporate BS then go to this studio. You will sweat away all your toxins and sins, while being guided and pushed if you need to be.
