I absolutely love Dr. Bunao and his medical staff. He has excellent bedside manners. He cares about his patients and his medical staff does too. If I could give 1000 stars I would.
I am glad that I didn't base my decision on the reviews. I am new to the state and needed to find a PCP. My sister, who uses Dr. Buano, raved about him and his staff. I also heard a random stranger in Walmart singing his praising too. I decided to give them a try. I am so glad that I did. The entire staff is awesome. Dr. B is pleasant, knowledgeable, through and caring. The staff are professional, pays attention to detail, listened and responded to my needs. I now have a PCP and I am happy.
Very thorough and thoughtful. My first visit was a follow-up to an er visit and I was able to get the best care possible and the medication I needed for treatment.
The nurses and medical assistance are very friendly. The receptionist at the front desk is also very polite and helpful. Dr. Bunao is very thorough with his exams.
