I found Prana when I was looking for anyone to listen to my history of past and present chronic illness and chronic pain. So many doctors did not listen or made me feel like it was all in my head. Micah has been a godsend. From the time in 2021, when she helped me recover from the worst shoulder spasm in my life, to today, she has helped me greatly improve my wellbeing. I started my health journey with Micah in January after a health scare last fall.
