Great experience with this Dr. He treated my mom with great care.
I called the office twice to make a new patient appointment no one answers the phone. I left a message it took them 2 weeks to call me back. I reluctantly made an appt for December 22 at 2 pm unfortunately my mom had surgery and I needed to cancel my appointment. I called twice on 12/18 and 4 times on 12/19 including leaving a message with answering service. Every time I cannot speak to a person it goes to voicemail. I spoke to the office 3 time lawnwood hospital referred Dr Joseph to me I made 3 attempts to make follow office appointments. The office lady said she would get back to me but I haven't haven't heard back with an appointment yet.
Awesome Provider : Office staff sucks.
