I just came back from my 5 day detox and juice fast (January 11-15, 2017) at Prama Wellness Center. I had an awesome time. For the first time I learn how to care for my body and the right foods to eat. I have always eaten healthy-at least so I thought or so I was told my the media. I learnt the right foods to eat and why. I was given a day of solitude and rejuvenation for Mother's Day by my husband. I needed this so much and feel like I walked away from the day feeling much more centered and balanced! Meditation, yoga, massage, lunch and dry sauna were amazing! I would love the recipe for the salad and dressing I had for lunch!
The finest staff anywhere! At a retreat, I feel loved, supported, and inspired.
Love is felt throughout all that Prama serves, teaches, and creates!
