Great fancy pastries!
It was like being a kid in a candy store. I went there for my childhood snacks, BN cookies, but the other pastries caught my attention too. My favorite was the Kouign Amann. My least favorite was the Cannelé, but maybe it was just a bad day, because even their pain au raisins were way better than any I’ve had so far in this country.
This is my go-to spot for both client gifts and little treats for myself. There’s nothing better than seeing the excitement when someone opens a box of macarons or pastries from Praliné. The croissants and baked goods are always top notch, and I love that it’s a small woman-owned business. The team is friendly and attentive, which makes every visit that much better.
This patisseries is directly out of France. The framboise opera is one of the best desserts I have had in my life: a perfect blend of tart fruit cream over a thin layer of brittle caramel and a dense cake underlying. The coffee Clair is perfect. Croissants are excellent.. Not to be missed
