Tara is amazing. I have always had issues with my upper back and tightness and after several sessions with Tara I can say that I have more flexibility and comfort. I have continued going on a monthly basis for almost a year now and she is always on point, really knows her stuff, and lucky to have her in our area. Highly recommend.
Tara's breathwork class was amazing. She was very thoughtful in her explanation of the class and really cared about the participant's comfortability throughout, making the experience very accessible for beginners.
I did a breath work yesterday with Tara, And all I have to say that it was truly amazing. Very safe space and container that she held. And her guidance and caring was spot on. I definitely look forward to future breath works with her.
Tara is an incredibly gifted massage therapist and healer. She takes the time to check in with you at the beginning of the session to see what's going on and if there are any areas you want to focus on. Her energy and space is so peaceful and calming, she makes you feel so comfortable the moment you walk in. She's very intuitive and delivers a great massage, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I'm so happy I met Tara and I always look forward to our monthly sessions!
Anyone can say they got a good massage but that wasn’t the case with Tara she actually spent time and effort into the service and that made the massage Amazing. I feel that after the massage I felt even more relaxed then when I walked in and I believe it was because of Tara’s positive energy! Go see Tara if you want to feel amazing!
