I did a breath work yesterday with Tara, And all I have to say that it was truly amazing. Very safe space and container that she held. And her guidance and caring was spot on. I definitely look forward to future breath works with her.
Tara is an incredibly gifted massage therapist and healer. She takes the time to check in with you at the beginning of the session to see what's going on and if there are any areas you want to focus on. Her energy and space is so peaceful and calming, she makes you feel so comfortable the moment you walk in. She's very intuitive and delivers a great massage, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I'm so happy I met Tara and I always look forward to our monthly sessions!
Anyone can say they got a good massage but that wasn’t the case with Tara she actually spent time and effort into the service and that made the massage Amazing. I feel that after the massage I felt even more relaxed then when I walked in and I believe it was because of Tara’s positive energy! Go see Tara if you want to feel amazing!
I had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage from Tara and it was magical!! She kept checking in to make sure the pressure was good for me and added her shamanic flare clearing out old energies and stories that were stored in my body. I highly recommend her services!
Tara is very personable, takes the time to talk to you first before the massage to find if there is anything new that has been going on with your body. Also very professional, listens to/senses what is needed through her spiritual abilities. Very Knowledgeable about massage services. The prices are very reasonable.
