I was very displeased with the way this office handled something that was not my fault, in short of you need certain permissions to treat a patient it is not fair to the patient to wait and ask questions on the day of the procedure when you clearly have a staff member to call the day before the procedure to go over certain things, and then be sent to another location during rush hour.
