A huge thank you to Prairiewood Retreat for helping to make my daughter's wedding weekend an amazing experience! We are so thrilled that Matt and Jocie were able to locate this venue, and we got the enjoy this wonderful preserve!

My wife purchased a "Stay and Play" package with Prairiewood and Colbert Hills for my 40th birthday gift. We were able to use it for the Auburn football game, which was fantastic. It is a beautiful house and property, but the service might have been better than the accommodations. When we arrived, they had fresh cookies waiting for us on the counter. There are 4 bedrooms in the house we stayed in, but we had 6 guys on the trip, so they had two beds set up in the conference room. They were twin size inflatable beds, and I exp... read more

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Prairiewood. The Stone House is a stunningly beautiful property and so well appointed for a stay with family. My children asked several times if we could just live there. Have to say I wished I could tell them "yes!" The Prairiewood staff are a delight to work with, and we can't wait to return.

Loved working with Becky! She was awesome! We had our wedding reception in the Blue Sage Barn and all of our guests couldn't stop raving about how beautiful and comfortable it was! The only bummer was having to have the beautiful doors closed while the music was going because it was a gorgeous night out, but we knew that when we rented it. Overall we were VERY happy with our choice of venue! Thank you Becky!!!
