Paid him to pull, treat and clean up rock beds around our house. He did pull and clean up and claimed he treated everything. The weeds came back in 10 days so we went back and looked at the camera and it was never treated. He ended up admitting it and said he would be back out to finish the job. Kept the money and never came back out. I have since reached out to him several times with no response.
