Well after a long wait guess I’m not seeing my full refund that this company has “guaranteed” me “in full.” Signed with them last year for about a $30,000 patio/landscape project. Upon news that we would be welcoming a second child into our family, then my wife getting laid off, then my work hitting a slump and losing more money we decided to cancel the project. Nature Green did an amazing job with our patio. Lazaro went above and beyond and was very on top of everything. He was sure to keep me posted on updates and changes. And when his team noticed that the steps would had a side dead end into out house, he made sure to do it so it would be right. We used him at our last house and so glad we did again. He is really there to focus on his customers! And to say we love our patio is an understatement.
