We just moved in June and we love it. Darian (Manager) has been super supportive in helping us move from Florida. Property is clean, well run, nice pool and Michael (maintenance) has been quick to any concerns. Thanks so much.
Love my place quiet, really like the notices we get for services done to the grounds my washer and dryer could use updated but work taking away the 24 hour gym really was a shock when that was the big selling point, I would of probably not rented here if I would of known this also I see a lot of smoking going on in the garages and other areas would I recommend Prairies Edge to others Yes the good out weighs the bad

Moving can be stressful but when you are relocating to another state that is added stress. From the first time I called the office to inquire about the townhomes, Darian has been awesome. Darian took the time to provide details about the community, set up a virtual tour of the townhome and community, answered my many questions and even called us on our 3 day drive to South Dakota to wish us safe travels.
