Darian over charge me on random thing to keep my full deposit , don’t rent this place if you want to save money, this place will squeeze you out of every penny!!! Utility bills are high every month ($200) cuz they need to water the grass !!!!! The townhouse always cold & everything always fall apart !!!!
My personal experience at Prairie's Edge Townhomes is by far the best I have ever experienced. It is located in a great area of Sioux Falls, with very well taking care landscape. It has a great area with pool at the clubhouse that also has a gym. The maintenance staff is great , but for most the property manager,Darian Parkhurst gave me a warm an amazing welcome, that makes it feel like a family.
