We are living in this Townhome for last 6 years. This year they completely stopped cleaning the snow even 12 hours after snow stopped. Darian was wonderful and reachable but now there’s absolute mess and if you want to shovel snow and still pay for it, go on: I have tried to contact management multiple times and while they say they’ll do it after the snow stops they clean it after 2 days. This is not okay.
Management is horrible. Getting sent to collections TWO YEARS after we moved there and never received a bill. Over $1000 of overcharge while living there. Called 3 times and she said she'd get back to me and never did *edit*- did help with the issue however took sooo long. They only have one woman for so many homes. Just need to hire more people. One person can't do all of this work. *2ND EDIT* They NEVER followed through and I never got the refund check they owe me. This place is disorganized and doesn't care to help tenant... read more
Darian the manager is WONDERFUL! Move in and transitioning was made so easy with her care! We love how close to stores and restaurants it is and it’s clean.
