Their parts department is very helpful. Had an unfortunate incident with a JD 4650 Tractor and their service department. Brought in with low trans pressure light on. Was told "Worse Case Scenario" with no pressure indicated on their gauges. Prairieland then wanted to go into the transmission to find the problem. Wanted minimum $14,000 and would not give me a for sure diagnose to the problem. Stuck me 9 hours of diagnose labor for $1,000 trying to find the problem.
