Dr Patrick and Mary are incredible - so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We are extremely pleased.
Stopped in to ask for key for washroom since there was no secretary in the dr office I was visiting & the secretary told me “Im sorry I have a key & it’s only for our patients”., I think THATS a terrible practice of customer service first of all because the Bathroom is something we can’t control & I refuse to pee on myself. Just wanted to share to let people know; they are VERY TERRITORIAL ABOUT THEIR RESTROOM KEY!, I would have course NEVER DENY ANYONE THE RIGHT TO USE THE WASHROOM AS I ALSO WORK IN HEALTHCARE.
Dr Brix was very nice and helpful. He did ear molds for me and ordered my In-Ear-Monitors that I wanted to use in my helmet. I am very pleased.
Excellent place to go for your hearing woes! Friendly, caring staff and they go the extra mile for you! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
