Great vet clinic, everyone is so kind and great with all of our dogs! We always get a call or text back immediately, if one of our dogs has a health emergency, and can be seen asap if needed! We have a couple dogs with some health issues and Callie and her team have been so helpful through that.
Poor communication in the office leading to misunderstandings. I was warned against the office by friends who go to Wray, instead. There is only one other in town and they are also full so it is slim pickings and maybe they know that. The office is very focused on larger ticket/farm animals, etc. So personal pets fall through the cracks. And money talks here. If you have it, she'll be there.
$80 per office visit. Save $35 and go to Countryside. Dr. Kuntz is very connected in this very small town. She seems to like to charge for everything she can, though. I brought in a tnr cat and she both charged me for an office visit and a round of shots for him, even though she is the one who gets paid to do the tnr cats and does the ear clipping. Dr. Kuntz and all the staff at PWVC are the best. I have special needs dogs that require more than just normal vet care. I trust Callie and crew completely. Not to mention they care for all of our shelter dogs. Friendly, compassionate and always willing to answer questions.
