Paid half down for flagstone supplies. When they finally showed after numerous phone calls. They showed up with used flagstone product even pavers. They were fired, still waiting for reimbursement. To this date still no refund. We entered into a stipulation through the courts in January 2020. 2 payments made on time, then no payments till end of July. The courts have now entered default judgment against Mr Kelley and his business.
