I’m totally blown away by the amazing customer service and the care this clinic showed my cat. I took her here for a teeth cleaning, and everything went very smoothly. The clinic was very clean, and everyone who works there was professional and clearly LOVES animals! They sent me home with really good instructions and even emailed me the next day to see how my kitty was doing. If I didn’t live so far, I would make this my regular vet! Thank you Prairie Winds Animal Clinic!!
The Staff at this clinic is awesome. My dog needed dental cleaning and they were very caring and and kind. His cleaning went well and they took the time to go over everything with me and followed up the next day to check on how he was doing. The price for the cleaning is extremely reasonable and I highly recommend them
AVOID AVOID. ( I have been using them for 8 years up until last month). NEW OWNERS SINCE 2024. They make thier intake exam (only for regular visit, $300-500+ if emergency) fee very cheap, but will up upcharge you on EVERYTHING even if they already overcharge. It is now under new ownership for about 2 years, and the service, quality, care, kindness, has gone to 0. They will push unnecessary test after test. The old owner, Dr, Patel WAS amazing.
