My fiance and I have lived at this place for 2 years and seen multiple property managers. The last one was terrible and my experience with the new one is similar so far, today was the last straw. Every week we do laundry, shelling out at least $10 a week. For some reason someone decided to take our wet clothes out of the laundry and place them on the dryer, I assume to put their clothes in but we had clothes drying with 30 minutes left so I'm not sure what the plan was. CURRENT REVIEW 12/2024: I am retracting my previous positive review due to the new management. Diana was an involved and attentive property manager and was quick to solve any questions or concerns. I would receive email responses within the same day, quick text responses, and someone would always answer the phone. Now with the new management that has taken over, the phone line always goes to voicemail and I don’t get any responses. I love Prairie Walk apartments, been living here since 2018. It’s a great location and I love the office staff especially the property manager Diana Martinez. Diana is very professional and always answers emails in a timely fashion, even on weekends. She’s always planning events for the apartment complex like pool parties and Halloween parties. She makes it a pleasure to live here. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment.
Was able to apply quickly and efficiently with help from property manager Diana. She was incredibly helpful with showing me the property's plus answering the questions with me through the application process online.
