Cara is extremely sweet, as i’m going through my application process , she helped me find the most affordable and cutest apartment , helped work around my schedule and got me in super fast in the apartment i wanted as well . I hope living here is as peaceful as her personality! Thanks Cara !
Not a good place to live at if you actually work and need to sleep at night. Office staff changes too often to know what solution was promised regarding noise and disturbance. Keep looking and good luck !
Refuse to communicate with effective means or in reasonable timeframes (edit) we came in four separate times to talk about the townhouse we thought you were reserving it for us because of the first and second time first time was to get put on a list for said townhouse, we were also told we were the only ones on said list at the time, the second time i called within 5 minutes of the townhouse becoming available and then something happened on your end where you stopped talking to us about it all and then a week went by and we ... read more
This community is nice ! Tenants are nice, dogs are leashed , it’s clean and well maintained. Management Cara and Tanna are nice and attentive to concerns or complaints. The community is in a cul-de-sac which is also nice! And I love the way the tree line wraps around the community, makes it even more peaceful. It’s quiet even at night, I haven’t seen groups of kids hanging out in the lots or around buildings being loud and obnoxious like my last complex I lived at . I have lived at these apartments for almost 3 years. Cara is by far one of the best one of the best property managers. Overall great experience. The maintenance crew has also been so helpful! Always got my request done quickly.
