The management who now runs this place are extremely racist. They talk with racial slurs all the time and you try to say something they ignore you. Janice is worst of all.Acting like she would never in life talk to me like I am nothing more than a Mexican. I feel terrible looks from her every time I am speaking. The same with the onsite manager he acts like I am stupid for asking to get something fixed and even asked me why I couldn’t fix the leaky sink or the toilet not flushing! This place is horrendous. The management for maintenance (Steve) and the woman in the office (Janice) are horrible people. Janice is extremely rude and bad mouths everyone. Extremely unprofessional management. Going into the apartment many things were in disrepair and not livable conditions. My family and I had an emergency and needed a place for a year so we decided we would make due with this disgusting place. We moved into an apartment that had bugs in the carpet and did our best to get rid of them. None of the appliances... read more

The front office was timely with responses and very communicative. The pricing was excellent for the unit and in a great location. Everyone was so friendly and the apartment was a nice size with lots of storage. Quiet and clean neighbors, as a single woman I felt very safe. Overall great experience!
