Sharing the same experience as the other one stars here we had terrible living conditions in our apartment our problems start at my roommates ceiling in his bathroom falling apart our big issue was when our sink would start flooding and our dishwasher worse yet black water would flood my bathtub this would happen on and off for the next 2 years and they would “fix it” they blamed us for putting food down the drain even though after the first time we would be careful have food catchers in sinks and wiping out our pans even ju... read more
I lived here for 3 years and never had any issues, it was a very pleasant experience. Management and service was always friendly and easily accessible and willing to address any questions, comments or concerns. I think as long as you are a reasonable tenant, respect the property and your neighbors, pay your rent on time and respect the rules of the property and management, this is a good place to live.
Had no problems living here for 2 years! Everything we asked to get fixed was done and we never had any issues. And the best part is the pricing!
The management who now runs this place are extremely racist. They talk with racial slurs all the time and you try to say something they ignore you. Janice is worst of all.Acting like she would never in life talk to me like I am nothing more than a Mexican. I feel terrible looks from her every time I am speaking. The same with the onsite manager he acts like I am stupid for asking to get something fixed and even asked me why I couldn’t fix the leaky sink or the toilet not flushing!
