I just read a review from a daughter of 1 of the residents here at Prairie Villa. It was very harsh. I live at this complex I have been around most of the residents I have been around the manager a lot I have never heard any negativity or yelling at any elderly. I have seen her help, advise. She has rules to up hold to. I personally believe the complaint made is a angry person for some reason. It is best to complain face to face with the person involved. The area and apartments are very cute and nice for a person to live in that is looking for a small tidy personal however the office staff is horrible and yells at the elderly and does not do anything to assist in any sort of need that the tenants may need. I have personally seen her yell at these poor disabled elderly. Also she is unwilling to listen to anyone including her tenants about anything whether positive or negative. This place used to be good until the new management took over. As a person who has a family member living in this establishment, I am deeply concerned. For one, they didn’t put any salt on the pavements or shovel the snow, which is a BIG safety concern considering there was 4-6 inches of snow. Secondly, they do not allow the residents to use the rec area or building where the laundry room is and where a lot of people go to interact with others throughout the days.
