I’ve been wanting to write this review for so long. If I could give this place a hundred stars, I truly would. We moved to Alberta a year ago, and the transition was stressful—made even harder when our puppy Coco suddenly developed a painful dental emergency. My experience with the team here was great. After the consult I was at ease and confident that the extraction was the best route for my dog’s situation. He received exceptional care throughout the process by all staff involved; surgery and recovery went well. Dr. Lam is very approachable. She is knowledgeable and professional in her work. She took the time to explain things and educate me on how to prevent future issues. It’s evident she loves animals and cares about their wellbeing. Thank you!
Prairie Veterinary Dental Services was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Lam and her team were incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. They took such great care of my Minnie, and the whole experience was outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough!
As always, Dr. Lam and her staff took amazing care of my little Chihuahua when she went for her dental cleaning recently. I got many timely updates and photos, which I appreciated because I was quite anxious. My dog also got lots of snuggles from all the staff while she was waiting for her procedure, and afterwards while she was recovering.
