Probably one of the absolute worst places I've ever visited. I booked an appointment there recently because I saw it had such amazing reviews and was looking around different clinics for a good place to entrust my dog Zoey to. Right from the get-go, there were red flags though. They kept misspelling her name as "Zoe" for some reason even though I clearly stated it wasn't that, but I think it's fine, just didn't hear me say the y at the end... multiple times...but whatever. Words cannot express how grateful I am for the amazing services of Prairie Veterinary Dental. Last year I foster/adopted my girl Charlotte (8 year old Pom/Pap) from AARCS and when she had come into AARCS she had really bad neglected teeth. AARCS vets gave her 2 dental procedures over 2 months and removed most of her teeth, the rescue told me she’d likely need more work in the future so I was prepared for it. Dr. Lam and her team took care of my sons cat sunshines dental and oral surgery and did a fantastic job on sunshine we are so happy. Dr Lam is very loving to pets and humans. I can't thank her enough. Sunshine is very thankful. The team at the clinic are very caring and very helpful. I strongly recommend this clinic of you need your pets dental or oral surgery done.
