They wouldn't reschedule my Saturday appointment even though I was within my 72 hour cancellation window because they don't count Saturday as "24 hours". Extremely rude over the phone, they even scoffed and laughed at me when I pointed out how confusing that rule is.
The front reception was very professional and courteous. First impression, cleanliness not a priority, the reception area was dirty, and they ask you remove all foot wear, obliously not cleaned recently as previous boot print and foot print impressions on floor. Had to let reception know there was no toilet paper in the public bathroom. Although on cell phone, reception, quickly acted to request. Recently had my colonoscopy done at Prairie Surgical. Really nice, modern & clean facility. Dr. Roberts & Nurses Senangi & Inva were amazing. From intake to recovery they were always around checking to see if I needed anything. They explained the process and procedure, made sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. The sedative given worked really well. I highly recommend Prairie Surgical.
Amazing doctor and facility. The staff are always very professional, and take such good care of you. Having a procedure, you’re nervous, but you are in good hands. The place is extremely clean, the person driving you doesn’t even have to wait until the procedure is done. They contact them when you’re ready to be picked up. To calm any nerves, they play spa music in the waiting room which is so bright and cheery. Dr. Abdeldigier is a fantastic doctor, and so thorough.
Great experience, staff were kind, no pain felt during my colonoscopy would colonoscope again
