How can I rate any lower? Would love to rate 5 but their website says open till 8pm and “drop ins welcome” no need to book ahead. Planned my kids 14th birthday activity around this. Day of thought I’d call to give them a heads up. Stephanie said “oh sorry we don’t have any other bookings today and we’re going to keep it that way but they can play mini golf instead” what kind of business is this? Very accommodating
The atmosphere was so welcoming and everyone we interacted with was kind. The girl who was giving us our gear was very accommodating and giving us the different sizes we asked for. following the rules for safety is important and we had no issues. All the staff were lovely and we had a great time! Definitely recommend!!!
The equipment was faulty, the lady at the equipment desk was rude and had a very bad attitude. The maps were good though.
