If I could give negative stars I would!!! This insurance company is horrible they don't cover ANYTHING. I have them through my employer which is a healthcare facility, the price is outrageous and nothing is covered even though it states it in black and white. The specialist office visit is only suppose to be the "$25 copay then covered 100% no deductible." They ONLY covered 20% AND I had to send in paperwork regarding my daughters broken arm stating exactly how it happened and that is wasn't workman's compensation SHE IS 9... read more
Already an unsatisfied customer and they aren't even my insurance agency yet... First of all, when you walk into a building unprepared, lacking the information on the insurance company you are selling, instead of preparing "take home documents" and you write it on a dry erase board, and your agent comes in with his hair slicked back like a used car salesman, etc... you have already thrown out several red flags.
