This place does not work with the community. They look to take as much as possible from everyone that walks through the door. Many people I've talked with go elsewhere ( even out of state ) not to have to do business at this location with this group. Greedy and ungrateful seems to be the theme
Bought my X350 inJune of 2024 added a 44 snow blower last November, my experience with both sales and service had been impeccable.this week i had an appointment to switch from mow to blow, after 4 days i called to check status, had to leave a message, 2 hours later received return call. Was told “ due to emergencies and the snow fall, the 1 inch that occurred 6 days prior was reason for the delay” i can but an emergency but 1 inch snow that did not even stick on pavement is a lame reason.
