Always one of our stops when we visit in Minot. We always pick up coffee beans here, they are like our souvenirs! Their drinks and menu items are always good.
Jasmine parked her "airstream coffee shop" at the airstream international rally at the north dakota state fairgrounds. We were daily visitors enjoying her gluten-free scones, regular scones, gluten-free bread and sourdough bread, as well as coffee, latte and mocha. Awesome food, coffee and especially service!
We were in town for the Airstream rally and the Prairie Sky breads had their trailer in the food truck venue area. The people are super friendly, the egg sandwiches were most delicious and the Blueberry Lemon scones were out of this world. I was they were traveling with us. I’d love to eat their breakfast every day.
Cute place on corner. We came on a Sat morning and although it was busy wait was short for a to go. While I waited for our food, I could see they collected recycled boxes (almond milk) and placed a priority on recycling. They have a slicer for your bread. Sourdough looks amazing. Bought scones to go. Blueberry bacon goat cheese toast was very tasty and so was the bacon egg sandwich. Glad we stopped by!
Great place to hang out and snag a coffee and a bite to eat. S tier bread and pastries.
