Do not take your children to Prairie Skies Medical Imaging South Regina location. I took my 2 and half year old daughter for a test and the tech was so rude. Instead of comforting her he screamed at her. I approached to manamgment team also but no action were taken. ******"NOT ACCEPTABLE"********* ***FYI gave one start because google wont let me post ****
Don’t bother showing up early, because they don’t honour your appointments. Show up 10-15mins early, still wait 15-20mins past your schedule time. This clinic is horrible.
Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, especially pregnant women with anything pregnancy related. Walking in you get told take a number and have a seat even if youre on time for an appointment. Had to wait for them to finish talking and laughing behind the desk before they called my number which technically I was already 5 minutes late for even with being on time because I had to wait for them. My son got an x-ray on Monday, and there were no results as of Friday. Results appeared approximately 30 minutes after posting this review.
The radiologist missed noting critical issues on my x-ray assessment which my doctor only then spotted a full year later when he decided to review them a second time. He said the SAME radiologist missed a critical issue on another patient's file. Get your staff a checklist. This put my long term mobility in a critical state.
