horrible wait time. Appointment time is not your actual appointment time here. It is the start of your waiting time. Why they have an appointment time then? They are taking priorities with the token by first come! Not based on the appointment you booked. Frustrated as I am on my break from work.

horrible wait time. had an appointment for an ultrasound. you have to drink like 8 cups of water and no using the washroom an hour before.....come to the appointment and sitting for just over 45 mins. why even have an appointment? people were walking in after me and getting in. incredibly frustrating.

In January, the north location informed me that my health insurance had expired (a shock to me). I said I would not get the ultrasound done as I was unwilling to pay out of pocket. The person working (along with an off-duty employee) told me that I would eventually get fully reimbursed by SaskHealth by submitting the receipt, etc. Based on this, I changed my mind. This review is about the parliament ave location. I had my 20 week ultrasound today. Andrea was my technician. This is my second pregnancy and I have never had a tech so incredibly disappointing. It started off with me hearing her complain, “I guess everyone just needs to come in before the long weekend” when we were walking to the back. Most people have had to book months to weeks in advance for an ultrasound of any kind and my appointment was in the middle of the afternoon.
