Pleasant experience all around. The receptionists were extremely friendly and the Tech was quick, efficient and friendly. Very rare nowadays to have such an easy and enjoyable experience from the time you walk through the door. Thank you!!!
It's not very often that you get greeted with smiles at any medical places! It was super clean, friendly, efficient and professional!
I have went there to get an exray several times - last one being on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30 - the door was locked saying they were in a staff meeting! I deliberately checked the website before I went ( as it is a ways away) - website said open till 5 pm - Monday to Friday! Another time I was there at the opening time - drove there specifically at opening time as I had another appt - again door locked saying they were in a staff meeting!! Horrible experience! The lady with the short black hair that checks people in, was extremely grumpy, racist, unprofessional and so unpleasant to deal with. I will never go back to this place. I have never met such a rude and miserable person in my life. Quit your job. You should never work with people and definitely not in any Healthcare setting.
