DO NOT RENT HERE! The only reason this is a 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. My experience with Mini Mall Storage (Okotoks location) has been terrible from day one, and I genuinely regret signing a lease. After signing all paperwork and paying my first month’s rent, we drove from Calgary to the Okotoks facility three days later, close to closing time. I booked my unit online. It was very easy to do and the process was seamless. The facility it well cared for, clean and convenient.
I have had the medium sized unit for over 2 years, never had any problems with access, snow etc. Easy to get too, and secure. Hopefully this will continue. Would highly recommend, certainly better than another place nearby!
Signed up for a storage unit and got immediate access - fully online. Unit was clean and well priced - will use again!
