SECURITY GATE DOESN'T CLOSE! I came to the lot, opened the gate, went into my unit, and had a quick look around. We can see the gate from our unit and it didn't close. I drove through the open gate and now have been sitting here for 20 mins and it still hasn't closed! Of course I can only leave a message. Our has already been broken into once and we lost a lot of stuff! $15,000 worth. I got a free month of storage. As I'm typing this the gate still hasn't closed. I have video!
Using prairie self storage has been an easy good experience. Thank you for the great service, it really helped us out! The place is clean, easy to get to and well maintained.
