Renting here has been a great experience.
Mini Mall Storage has been a fabulous management company since they took over Prairie Self Storage. Fabulous communication and handles everything in a timely manner. The units are super clean and these guys are priced very well!
*Caution* If you’re sent a lease, make sure you read every word! Even the spelling mistakes. This mostly U.S.A. company uses unethical business practices, my advice is that if any of the below is in the lease then start shopping around B4 you sign it. Be smart! Why the heck do you need a monthly lease for a locker? It’s almost the most transient thing in the world. Because it legally binds you and they can sue you in court. Arrears? DO NOT RENT HERE! The only reason this is a 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. My experience with Mini Mall Storage (Okotoks location) has been terrible from day one, and I genuinely regret signing a lease. After signing all paperwork and paying my first month’s rent, we drove from Calgary to the Okotoks facility three days later, close to closing time.
